The Labour Market is a recruitment firm working with employers from various fields and academic organizations. Our goal is to match job seekers with job openings that fit their criteria. For those in need of additional training, The Labour Market works closely with affiliates like to develop our Training Centre showcasing programs that can help individuals qualify for even better jobs.

Our application process asks a variety of questions to determine the skills sets and education level of each applicant. After analyzing your professional background we begin forwarding your application to suitable employers for possible job placement. From there we will notify you of new job openings as they become available.

Are there any fees associated with services offered through The Labour Market?

The Labour Market offers all of its services free to you. If you are identified as a candidate that needs training or certification you may be prompted with information about avenues for continuing education. Keep in mind, career education may require fees for the registration and certification courses. However, this is not a direct service of The Labour Market.

How do you determine if I am qualified?

Most of the positions we recruit for do require specific certifications and education in order to be considered for placement. You eligibility is determined by our analysis of your qualifications based on your answers to questions. Please review the job description of the position for which you are applying to determine whether you are the right fit.
